We can provide 24 x 7 x 365 monitoring of your Ecco networks including your access points, switches, modems, gateways, bandwidth lines, etc.

The wireless network is monitored via the Internet which allows our support staff to keep an eye on the network’s health at all times. Should equipment failure or a drop in the bandwidth arise, we will notify the property of the affected equipment so that troubleshooting can be administered or to issue a trouble ticket to our local field support team.
